Lighting Service
The sales associate ordered our requested ceiling fan/light and told us it would be in in two weeks and that they would call us. Four weeks later, I had to call and ask it the fan had arrived. The person who answered the phone seemed annoyed that I called. We had to wait another week and a half for the fan to arrive. When we got the fan, we realized that we would need a longer drop rod to hang it. That was not something they had in stock and told me it would take "two weeks" to get in. I did not order the drop rod from them as I was able to pick it up somewhere else within the next two days.
