Jim is very communicative without being overly chatty. He's a good listener and he made sure we were both clear on what was to be done and what the desired outcomes should be. A few days prior to his coming over, I put together a detailed list if work to be done and emailed it to him. This worked to both our advantage as it allowed for advance clarification and also insured he came prepared with any supplies unique to the job. I really liked that he was open to this advance email communication. By the time he arrive I felt confident and at ease with his understanding of what needed done.
I would have him over again in a heartbeat.

The House Butler was prompt, reviewed what was on my list, looked at everything, gave me an estimate, fixed everything promptly. He was a pleasure to have around the house, professional and fixed everything on my list. He gave me great recommendations for other things that I needed to have done - I've used 2 of his recommended people since. I would call him again for any fixit issues.
