The service is excellent. The claim specialist is very professional, straight, honest and very pleasant. The work is beautiful, perfection personified. It is perfection and flawless. I love it and run my hand lovingly over the area again and again, so beautiful and flawless the work. I highly recommend this company. I would use it again, though I hope I would not need to again.

Took in for estimate, Todd was very nice. pleasant, and easy to talk to. Repaired my car the following week after ordering parts. Had it done in 1 day and it looked perfect. Even cleaned the inside and out. Will go back again.

They scheduled the work to begin after all the parts had been procured. That allowed them to do the work in as short a time as possible. I took the car in on a Monday with a scheduled completion date of the following Thursday. The work was actually completed on Wednesday which I appreciated very much. The work was done for the estimated price. The body and paint work on the hood and bumper were excellent. Very high quality work! I had never had a paintless dent repair done before. I was amazed at the quality of that work. I looked at that repair in the sunlight and cannot tell where the dent was. The people in the front office were a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Hood's etc and will have them do any auto body or paint work I need in the future.

We went by for an estimate last week for a fender bender accident repair. The owner performed the appraisal and found some issues that we didn't know where there. He gave us what seemed like a fair price. They were booked about 10 days ahead. A few days later they called and said they had an opening and could see us next day if we wanted. We did. The work was done at the time and price estimated and the bumper looks like new. They even washed our car.

Very pleasant experience. They replaced my front bumper and repaired the back. The work was done on time and for the amount agreed upon. I had some damage to my grill that was thoroughly explained and repaired. I would use this company again.

The whole ordeal was painless thanks to Hoods, professional staff and service. From the scheduling of the rental to the dealing with the guys insurance. Tim at Hoods was very good at explaining what needed done and how long it would take. I would have given them a higher rating if available they did an excellent job. If I ever need any work like this again I will call them before anyone else.

Hoods is fantastic. I needed the car repaired for a trip the next week and they got me in within 24 hours for an estimate, took the car to do the repair within another 24 and had it done the next day. Their work is excellent! They will respect the owner's wishes about using post market or original parts. Although repairs seem to cost a lot, to be fair, I haven't used other body repair places and their estimate was almost exactly the same as the one I got from the insurance company. This was the second time I have used them and although I hope I won't need them again, I would without question.

Their wonderful. They come right out and look at your car and give an estimate in 10 minutes. They are the best.
