It was excellent all the way through, the installers and the sales people. They moved all my furniture. They did a great job. They had a very good communication. They did everything I requested. Overall, it was a good experience.

The folks at the service desk were not trained to answer questions, or seek help when they don't know the answer. I was told flatly that they did not offer installation on kitchen sinks. Because I know better, I insisted in talking to a supervisor, and then I found out that they do offer installation at ridiculously high prices.
