They did a great job.

The tiler was great he moved out all of our furniture out and took it  apart and put it back together.  Note to anyone doing this be sure you get this service in writing as later on in the job an underling said we would have to pay 200.00,...of course they backed down and absorbed the cost. when they saw our written contract. The tiles were put in a timely manner and we were given money back when an extra box was not used. The work was done well and we can't complain about it.

They were very responsive and helpful.  At first there were some problems with scheduling a representative however there were several employees that were willing to step up and help answer our questions. When we got a representative assigned to us, she was responsive to our questions and did multiple "what ifs" to help us determine what we wanted in style and function. She was willing to schedule several meetings, at our request,  to help work out exactly what we wanted.   She was willing to make changes to meet our changing concepts and the end result was a beautiful and useable new kitchen.  The counter tops were installed as ordered and all cabinets were exactly as ordered.  They made sure all doors and drawers worked perfectly and everything fit as ordered. I would like to add that they completed everything ahead of the scheduled time frame.  This was important to us as the install was completed just prior to Christmas and a house full of family.   I would recommend home depot for there kitchen renovation services without reservation.

You hardly ever see the helpers at Home Depot. They have got just about everything you would ever need. Their pricing is good.

From point of sale to installation - Home Depot exceeded expectations. I will return to Home Depot for my future appliance purchases.

It was the first time we had used them. The installers were nice. We did get a double lifetime warranty on the windows. The quality of the windows are very good.

Carpet was on sale and about 30% cheaper with better quality than other stores we shopped. Our big concern going in was the installation. Our fears were unfounded - the carpet installers did an excellent job particulaly with respect to placing seams so they did not show.

The two men delived, unpacked and inspected the merchandise for problems before installing. They also removed the old range and microwave. All went extremely well; they knew what they were doing and did an excellent job.

They did the installation really well. The manufacturing took eight weeks. They didn't call me because it was delayed. Overall the job was excellent, they made up for it. Their price was very good. The people came out on time and as scheduled. I would use them again the future.

Ordering went very well, The order guy was great. Measuring went well. They got the large island piece I wanted made quickly and the installation came quickly and they did a good job. It was expensive and it is beautiful. I asked for the cutout to be in a particular place and they did just as I asked.

It appeared that there was very little coordination with Home Depot and their sub contractors. Every measurement that was taken was wrong and had to be redone. We had ordered heavy duty cabinet drawers and after they were installed, they immediately fell apart when weight was added to them. We contracted with them in June and were estimated the job to be completed in six to 8 weeks. The job was not completed until October.
