The installers arrived within the time window appointed, took one look at our existing range and microwave and announced that they could not remove the old appliances nor install the new ones, because our existing appliances were mounted in front of a brick wall, current law requires the installation of an anti-tilt bracket and "they don't drill in brick walls".  We offered to drill the holes ourselves, but they refused, leaving us with the uninstalled appliances.  We had carefully looked over the paper work and nothing in what we had been given said anything about anti tilt brackets or problems with drilling in brick walls.  When we tried to call our salesman, she was not there, and the operator transferred us to an expeditor, who did not answer despite repeated attempts.  Home Depot hires third party installers, and obviously there is a lack of communication.  When I called Christie's they said that had we ordered from them, their in-house installers would have handled the installation!  I will never order an appliance from Home Depot again.

Overall went ok , tile delivery was later than expected but the end result was good and it is installed correctly

The first sink I purchased was the wrong type. So the installer had to come back after I exchanged it for the proper type.  There was no extra charge for the extra trip.  A very professional job.

They gave me a twenty five year guarantee, no company does that, they give either a four or a five year guarantee. The roof is under warranty by the manufacturer as well as by Home Depot. Also, if I sell the house, the warranty will be transferred to the new owner, nobody else offered that. All the other roofers in town that I interviewed gave me a four or five year labor warranty. If there was anything wrong with the product, I have to take it up with the manufacturer. The problem was that the manufacturers would only back the warranty if it was done exactly in accordance with their recommendations. That’s why Home Depot actually went in for training by the manufacturers. The rest of the people did not, so the likelihood of me getting the guarantee on the product was minimal to none. The people, who just do it for several thousand dollars, will just put the roof up. I’m not saying that they do a bad job, but it may not be in accordance with the manufacturer’s recommendations. The only thing that I had a problem with is that they have three companies. It’s not Home Depot that does it, it’s some other company that have been trained by Home Depot and they primarily do just Home Depot work. But that doesn’t necessarily mean that they’re honest and fair, they do other work on the side too because they are in business on their own. What happens is that there is their supervisor, and Home Depot’s supervisor is constantly checking on how things are moving. That’s good, but then there is another person in the communication route. So, I have to tell Home Depot, they call their supervisor, he calls the other supervisor, and he calls the guys. There is a positive in this also, if the Home Depot supervisor says that something is not right, he can insist that it be done right, and they have to make it right. The price was high because of the twenty five year guarantee, if anything happens within the next twenty five years, I only have to call Home Depot, and I don’t have to mess with the manufacturer.

Fine. We have rented from Home Depot before. They have really nice tools that are in great shape. They also offer an low cost insurance policy.

WE WERE HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. MY HUSBAND REMOVED THE OLD COUNTERTOPS AND WE PURCHASED THE NEW ONES FROM HOME DEPOT. THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB AND WERE VERY EFFICIENT. THEY FINISHED IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL MANNER.

WHEN MY WIFE CALLED TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT, THEY WERE VERY POLITE. THEY MEASURED THE AREA AND WORKED VERY EFFICIENTLY. THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND SEEMED LIKE A TRUST WORTHY COMPANY.

HOME DEPOT WAS VERY RESPONSIBLE AND TIMELY. THEY HAD CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE FINISHED. THEY ANSWERED ANY AND ALL THE QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. WE FELT LIKE THEY DIDN'T OVERCHARGE US.

I AM VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. THE DOORS LOOK BEAUTIFUL WITH OUR HOME. THE COMPANY WAS VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY, AND THEY TRIED TO MAKE SURE THAT I GOT WHAT I WANTED.

HOME DEPOT WAS VERY RESPONSIBLE AND WORKED IN A TIMELY MANNER. THEY ANSWERED ALL THE QUESTIONS THAT I HAD. THEY WORKED AROUND MY WORK SCHEDULE TO MAKE SURE WHAT TIME WAS MOST CONVENIENT FOR ME.

THEY WERE A LITTLE LATE IN ARRIVING, BUT AT LEAST THEY SHOWED UP. IT DID ONLY TAKE THEM LESS THAN ONE DAY, AND THEY HAULED AWAY THE OLD CARPET FOR ME. THEY WERE VERY NICE, AND WE HAVE ALREADY SET UP AN APPOINTMENT TO GET 3 MORE ROOM CARPETED.

WE WERE VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK. WE HAVEN'T HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE PAINT YET. THE COMPANY WAS VERY CUSTOMER FRIENDLY AND RESPONSIVE. WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

THEY WERE SIMPLY OUTSTANDING. THEY GAVE ME THE BEST PRICE, BEATING THE LOWEST ADVERTISED PRICE. THEY HAD NO PROBLEMS COMING IN AT THE TIME I REQUESTED FOR THE INSTALLATION AND WERE ON TIME. OVERALL IT WAS A FANTASTIC JOB.

THEY DELIVERED THE DOOR, AND THEY ALSO INSTALLED THE DOOR. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND AFFORDABLE. I WOULD USE THE COMPANY AGAIN. I AM PLEASED WITH THE DOOR THAT WE HAD INSTALLED.

THEY CAME TO MY HOME ON TIME. THEY WERE FRIENDLY. I THOUGHT THEY DID A JOB WELL DONE. THEY DID THE JOB RIGHT THE FIRST TIME. THEIR PRICES ARE A LITTLE EXPENSIVE.

WE ARE SO PLEASED WITH THE MAN THEY SENT OUT TO INSTALL OUR NEW CARPET FOR US. HE DID A GREAT JOB. HE WAS VERY PLEASANT TO HAVE IN OUR HOME. HE DID A NICE JOB IN CLEANING UP THE SCRAPS OF CARPET THAT WERE LEFT OVER.

WHEN THEY CAME OUT TO INSTALL MY DOORS. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH THE SERVICE THEY GAVE ME. THEY WERE FRIENDLY AND THEY WORKED FAST. I WOULD HIRE THEM FOR A FUTURE JOB. I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO EVERYONE I KNOW.

MY HUSBAND AND I WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK THEY DID. THE MEN WERE VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE AND I TRUSTED THAT THEY WOULD GET THE JOB DONE TO THE BEST OF THEIR ABILITY.

AFTER LOOKING AROUND OTHER CARPET STORES WE SETTLED ON HOME DEPOT BECAUSE WE LIKED THEIR CHOICES OF CARPETS. THEY ALSO OFFERED US A VERY APPEALING GUARANTEE AND A BETTER PRICE OVER THE OTHER CARPET COMPANIES.

HOME DEPOT SUBCONTRACTED ARIZONA LAMINATE. THE SERVICE WAS LOUSY. IT TOOK THEM 2 MONTHS TO ORDER AND INSTALL THE COUNTERTOPS. THE LADY AT HOME DEPOT CALLED ME TWICE WEEKLY TO KEEP ME UPDATED. HOME DEPOT GAVE ME A $150 DISCOUNT FOR THE TROUBLE.
