We had an air conditioner replaced and it was by Home Depot. They did what they said they were going to do. The customer service was good. The system is working out very good so far. There were just a few coordination problems in scheduling.

It was just one man that came out and I guess they subcontract with another company. I would recommend them. I thought it was very good service. The guy was very professional and it worked out good. It was a good deal. Plus it was also protected by a Home Depot warranty when he did it, so I liked that. I thought they were a little bit pricey. I could have get a handyman to do it, but then that wouldn't have given me the extended warranty that Home Depot was offering.

It has been excellent. What I like is the fact that they have designers who work with you and they do not charge extra for that service, that's just part of buying cabinets from them. The products they sell are as good as any custom cabinets that you could get elsewhere, unless you want an exotic kind of wood or unusual configuration, but as far as structure and quality, I don't see any difference.

We got very good assistance from the sales woman in the appliance department. She looked up lots of different models to be sure we were getting what we expected, and found some points we had missed when researching it on our own on the manufacturer's web-site. We found her assistance to be very low-key (unlike a lot of appliance dealers in Tucson); she was able to give us some discounts which made the price better than anyone else's as well. Delivery occurred as expected.

MY NEW CARPET LOOKS WONDERFUL. IT SETS OFF THE COLOR OF MY WALLS AND MY FURNITURE LOOKS GREAT ON IT. THEY WERE IN AND OUT OF MY HOME IN NO TIME. I ALREADY HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM.

WHEN THE WORKERS INSTALLED MY CARPET, THEY MADE SURE THEY WEREN'T GETTING IT DIRTY. THEY DID A GREAT JOB AND I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.
