They were very good, they delivered the product that we wanted, they delivered it on time, and one of the units was partially damaged, and they gave us the credit, and brought us a new one. The price and selection were good.

Ok, except that it would have saved me 30 minutes if I had found an available store rep to point me in the right direction instead of hunting around the store for obscure items that are not listed on the aisle signs.

The employees used to be very helpful at this particular store but now they mostly try to ignore you. I understand their reluctance to offer assistance however, because all to often I'll over-hear customers asking for something minor like a box of nails and they feel the need to ask a hundred questions and then explain what they need them for and if they are appropriate for the task etc, etc. They do this, as they go down their entire shopping list, completely oblivious to the fact that people are standing around waiting to ask questions themselves. Unless I have an entire afternoon to waste just to save a buck, I'm going to Ace Hardware.

They were very efficient. There were a couple of cuts in the hallway that I wasn't real happy with, but they were not major. Overall, they did a fairly good job. A couple of cuts in the hallway probably would prevent me from going to them if I did it again. They were comparable with everybody else pricewise. I would probably not use them in the future for carpeting. I didn't even call and complain. They may have come out and fixed it, but I am done with people in my house as we had a lot of work done.

This went very well. It took them five hours to complete this job and it turned out beautifully. They came very early in the morning and they were done at 12:30. They made sure to clean up after themselves when they were done. The room was 11X15 and it cost me $1256, including installation. This was very reasonable. I was very satisfied with the end result. I would recommend this company to others. They have 12 month no payment option if you spend over $300.

Excellent, they did a great job. They were on time and everything went right. I would use them again. The pricing was excellent.

They got done pretty fast. I really liked the job they did because they were on time and the quality of the work they did was just spectacular. They cleaned up afterwards, and left everything looking great.

I do not prefer to use this business as they do not always have the specialty products that I am looking for. From my experiences, I have to request assistance rather than employees approaching me. The price is very comparable to other large chain stores though, so I will continue to shop at the store based on their pricing and the convenience of their location.

I WAS NOT VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK. THEY WERE NOT VERY PROFESSIONAL OR CUSTOMER FRIENDLY. I DIDN'T THINK THAT THE WORK THEY DID WAS WORTH THE PRICE THEY CHARGED.
