Didn't. After scheduling an appointment I waited for Franco to show up and the guy left me a voice mail just prior to the appointment time that he had been to our house before for a previous bid ( which was not the case, He must have confused us with another potential customer, and wasn't interested in the job since he can pick and choose his work. That's great except he wasted my time waiting on him. He shows a character flaw of not being straight with people and being indecisive. I am glad I found this out before I hired him which might have been a real issue
