We have used Terrance for 4 rental inspections. He has always been timely for the appointments, even when our timing was tight. He has been very thorough, explaining his findings as he went along and dictating them to his associate, who would enter the information as he went. He was then able to present the final report, including very specific color photos when he was finished. The only thing he has missed was some tile roof issues on one house. He is not allowed to walk on the tile and the problem area was above what he could see from a ladder. We have complete confidence in Terrance's competence and will use him again when needed,
