Happy Tails provided excellent care for my cat when I had to go away unexpectedly for two weeks.  When my emergency arose, Jessica got back to me in 90 minutes to confirm they would care for my cat, a tremendous weight off my mind as I rushed to make all my travel arrangements.  Vickie picked up my cat and her supplies, provided loving care at her home during my absence and called several times to give me updates, and brought her home to me after I returned.  I have used Happy Tails three times and have been totally satisfied each time.  I know I can leave my cat in their care with NO worries.  They are great!!!

I've used Happy Tails consistently for three years. As an "out of town" home owner, Happy Tails has been invaluable for helping me retain the maintenance and quality of my home. I get detailed reports of all visits and honest/timely assessments of my property.  We recently visited the house after four years of being away and it was as if we had never left.

Beth came in once a day to check in on my two cats.  I had been very anxious leaving them, I had never done so before, but Beth took care of everything.  She brought in my mail, cleaned the litter boxes, fed and watered my cats and left notes each day to document how things were going.  Although my cats hid most of the time, she made sure to "put eyes" on them every day.
When we came back the cats were calm and happy to see us.  Using this service was so much better than hauling them to a kennel where they would have been scared and stressed the whole time.  This way they were comfortable at home.  
I will definitely use them again next time we travel. The cost ($22 a day) was well worth it.

We hired Lisa Norman from Happy Tails for 10 days to take care of our cat, feed the fish, water plants and bring in the mail.  Prior to the first visit, she came to the house for the meet and greet and I was not very impressed.  She was not very attentive as I was giving her specific instructions.  She also showed very little interest in meeting the cat, but I gave her the benefit of the doubt.  Unfortunately, I should have listened to my gut because when we returned home half of our beautiful tropical fish were "mysteriously" gone, there were cat treats scattered around the house, several piles of vomit/hairballs that had not been cleaned up as previously instructed to do so.  The most upsetting part of the experience was that Lisa HAD NOT seen our cat during the entire 10 days we were away and had no idea what happened to the fish. Needless to say, we were extremely concerned and disappointed and questioned whether or not she was even there for the 30 minutes per day that we paid for.  When confronted over the phone, she was very cold and unsympathetic.  We do not recommend this provider due to this specific sitter.

The service was excellent.  Jeanie with Happy Tails really cares about animals. She came to the house ahead of the service time and completed an extensive questionnaire on the dogs, the place, contacts, and the services needed.   She wrote a daily report on each dog.  She made sure the dogs had fresh water each day along with their food being readily available.  My dogs are self feeders but their vitamins and treats are given daily.  Jeanie followed through on all aspects of the service.

Absolutely outstanding.  Very professional, met with us beforehand to meet pets and make detailed notes.  Kind and loving to pets, conscientious & careful, left detailed notes about overnights and daily visits. The pets did not seem at all stressed when we returned.

Sue loves my dog almost as much as I do, and my dog really loves her too!  Since I do not work during the summer months, she has not been over in a couple of weeks.  It's cute how every day around the time she usually arrived, he is still waiting for her at the front door.  If I need to be gone this summer and when I start working again in the fall, I will once again request her services.

Oustanding services.  They come to your house (at exactly when scheduled) with a very nice Mercedes grooming van.  Very professional job and I even learned a lot from them. Will definitely use their services again.  Awesome job!!!

This was the 4th I've used their services to care for my cats. I always come home to a clean home, clean litterbox, full water bowl and 2 happy cats.
