I am by nature a frugal person. They gave me a 5yr warranty, are going through the piano inch by inch and will move it to my home with their movers. I could not be happier with their services!

They met their time and cost estimates and told us what we needed to do (humidifier) to keep the piano in reasonable shape here tin Tucson.

They were good. They came to the house, and I told them what I wanted done. They looked at the piano, took it apart a little bit, took the keyboard out and looked at it and gave me an estimate. They came and picked it up the next day, and two weeks later it was finished, and they delivered it to my son's home. They did a beautiful job. It was very nice. The piano, which is probably 80 years old, sounds really good after the tuning. I was real pleased with what they did. They only do pianos. I have nothing to compare their price to because I have never had it done anywhere else so far. I don't know if it was a good or bad price, but I was happy to pay it. The quality of their work was excellent. The person who came out was really young; he knew his piano. I would use them again in the future if necessary.
