Guaranteed responded promptly to our inquiry and started the work within a few days. After a thorough consultation, we had them replace our old irrigation system, remove old landscape rock and replace it with new rock, and relocate two large cacti. They completed the job within 4-5 days, showing up each day early in the morning and working until mid-afternoon. We were impressed with their hard work, in 100 degree weather. They were friendly, courteous and did whatever we asked them to do. They left our yard looking tidy and orderly. We were extremely satisfied with the end result. We would recommend them without hesitation.

It went great. the first time in a long time that I had yard work done and they actually listened to what I wanted. I like wildflowers and they did not feel obligated to jerk them all out because they were "weeds". Also put all the spaghetti water hoses back were they were and even fixed one. They were on time, which to me is a big plus. I will more than likely use them in the future on a monthly basis.

We own a property in AZ and needed someone to take care of the overgrown landscaping after our tennants left.   Hanz checked the property thoroughly and discovered the water timer was no longer operating correctly (some plants were being watered several hours a day), some emitters were not appropriate for the plants or clogged, and discovered that some valves had been shut off to parts of the landscaping.
 
All plants were trimmed and the over-watered trees were thinned nicely.  The yard was ery tidy when the job was completed, the sidewalks were covered with tarps while the drip-lines and emitters were replaced and all refuse was taken away.  A new water timer was installed and programmed. 
The new drip-lines and emitters are guaranteed for one year.
Hanz emailed photos of the process -  before, during, and after.
The best part - Hanz called to let me know that power to the house had been (mistakenly) turned off and then he gladly came back the next day to be sure the new water timer was working correctly once the power had been turned back on.  He also mailed me a copy of the the operating instructions for the timer.
