Seven months ago I entrusted Green Home Solutions to remediate the mold causing an irritating smell in my house. I had no choice but to find a temporary living situation while the work would be done. After two treatments totaling $4,180,00 and many conversations with the owner of Green Home Solutions to address the issue, it was clear his treatments were ineffective. Once I mentioned a refund, the owner proceeded to explain this was a â processâ and he would have to take â stepsâ to address the problem. I refused to pay for any other work. He offered several free treatments with a caveat that they would not eliminate the source only treat symptoms. Each predictably failed. At this point I had no confidence that Green Home Solutions possessed the ability to find and remediate the mold in my house. What followed were excuses, suggestions that the smell could be something else altogether, lengthy redundant emails, and then increasing delays in returning communication, or not returning phone calls at all. The owner stated in writing that a solution would be to move out or sell my house. After $4,180.00 and seven months, Green Home Solutions failed to remediate the mold in my house. I am left with an unlivable home with holes in the ceiling and walls and the original irritating smell is stronger than when treatment started. As of this writing, the owner of Green Home Solutions refuses to refund my money or acknowledge when I ask for it. I have never had a worse experience with a business in my life.

They showed up on time, and cleaned up all their mess. They removed all the mold from the A/C ducts.

Samantha and Fred have been fabulous to work with as we shop for a new home. The first house we put an offer on had mold, as well as a host of other issues. Samantha scrambled to cancel lab tests saving us some money on labratory fees when I told her we weren't moving forward with that house. That was after they hurried to get in the house, test, and rush the samples off to the lab in time for our inspection. They were so amazing at helping us that I used them again for the home we are buying. They are very responsive, Samantha in the office, and Fred in the field. I feel very confident moving into my new home that the air quality is safe! I would not hesitate to use Green Home Solutions in the future - and will recommend them to anyone in need of their services. If you can, book early! They are, quite understandably, in high demand!

Green Home Solutions was great to deal with. All our questions were answered quickly and thoroughly. All commitments were followed through. Fred really knew his business and Samantha was so helpful and knowledgeable. The job was completed in the time frame we had originally been given; and the cleanup afterwards was complete. Very responsive and professional

Green Home Solutions did a fantastic job in testing my laundry shed for mold, which was suspected by the inspector due to some dark discolorations on the walls of the shed. Fortunately, the discoloration was not due to mold as determined my the tests Green Home Solutions performed. That saved me lots of time and money since no mold remediation was required. Green Home Solutions were friendly, professional, informative, and responsive. They completed the testing on schedule and within the initial cost estimate. They performed the work in my absence since I was out of town, and kept me informed at each step by email and by phone. I highly recommend Green Home Solutions.

Holy WOW COW!!! Fred and Samantha at Green Home Solutions are the BEST EVER at what they do!!! They are supersonic amazing... if you want your mold problems tackled and conquered, you have to get them to handle it for you!! They are responsive and they show up when they say they will, and they do things the right way. My experience with them was truly MAGICAL !!!

EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!!! fred was very patient at a time that was very stressful for me. he went overboard inspecting my new home. he found an unusual issue in my garage and came back the next day to address the issue and his test reports were ready for my lender the next day highly recommended!!!!!!

The guy who came out to our house (Fred)! was excellent. He was very thorough and explained everything to us and was very helpful and informative with answering all of our many questions. He was very kind and very patient. He made some very good suggestions and recommendations. We were very pleased with the service he provided us. We received his report but we arenâ t 100% sure how to interpret the findings. However, we have not contacted the company for further assistance so thatâ s on us. Overall pleased. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

LESS DEMO WITH THEIR METHOD, WHICH LOWERS THE COST TO COMPLETE THE MOLD REMEDIATION. THE SAFE AIR QUALITY REPORT PROVES IT IS EFFECTIVE.
