After a brief free period they start charging your credit card $69.95 a month...and I fell for it. When you call the phone number for support or to unsubscribe or discontinue service you receive a voice mail that says "we're unable to answer your questions at this time. instead, access their Quality customer support website. The website allowed me to fill out something to ask for support. I included my comments and it gave me a ticket number of some sort. It said that cancel requests could take up to 2 business days to process. I'm hoping it works but the idea that they will not provide "quality customer service" as their website defines is just wrong. I was so bothered by this that I contacted Angie's List to file a complaint and the BBB as well.
