This company is amazing. My ac tech that showed up was the best ac repair guy I have ever meet. The ac was repaired and is now working correctly after 3 different companies came out. Thanks again Goettl AC your the best. I will refer you to all my family and friends.

AVOID GOETTL LIKE THE PLAGUE. I'm sure this Jay is a fine man, but this company is horrible. I spent 25K with them. They have cancelled appts they made for annual inspection service at least 5 times.They did a bait and switch on service promises for the hot water system they sold me... Their Sadie service is a joke. Moreover, the HVAC and the plumbing install work they did is sub par. BUYER BEWARE

The sales rep was extremely friendly honest and provided me with total no pressure guidance on the ideal system for my home. He offered an amazing system that was totally out of my budget, but based on questions he asked me...he ended up recommending a mid-level system that was almost $4000 cheaper. The day of installation the installers were respectful and professional. They kept us in the loop during the day of the work. They showed up on time and were done by the promised time. They took pics of everything and emailed me everything on the instal completion. The sales guy called to check in, too, to make sure it all went well. I would use them again, hopefully not soon.

they called to renew the contract. For some obscure reason they did not cover and did not notify me that the split is no longer covered. They serviced my unit without servicing the split. Two weeks later a leak was discovered which would have been recognized if they would have serviced the unit. When I called for service the tech suggested a repair of $1300 but refused to fix the unit for 5 days ( this was the coldest day of the year). ACS came immediately and fixed the problem for $300

The Sal and Chris were both amazing. Very helpful. Explained everything step by step. They answered all my questions and made me feel more knowledgeable about my own system. They fixed my system in a timely manner and did not leave until they were sure they had fixed the problem. This company definitely showed they cared about the work they do. I will be using them in the future for all my AC needs.

I'm not sure how this company is still in business. Clearly they overcharge, they break things, their techs are rude and the managers fight with you on the phone and then never follow back up. We called Goettl to fix our A/C. Charged us $1100 for a motor that cost $500 from every other company, then they caused a freon leak. When we called them back, they wanted to charge $600 to fix the leak. Called another company, only $200.
Then they kept calling to schedule a check up. Because they kept calling, I asked them to come out and clean the unit. Not covered under the service agreement? Seems strange. The tech wouldn't even look at our unit because he said it was too old and needed to be replaced. Called another company and they cleaned it for $75.
Then I called the manager, JD, to complain and he basically said that his tech said we would call and lie about what happened. Then he said he'd call us back. It's been a week, no call back. What a great way to do business.
