Very very helpful counter service in the showroom. They were so specific about exactly what my needs were and how to measure for six separate small tabletops. The salesman wrote a very detailed order. Work was performed exactly the way we wanted and was ready a day early. We have used 2 other glass companies in Tucson and this was the best experience by far. Prices were right in line with competitors.

He helped us to select the glass-there were many samples to choose from- and for a reasonable price had it ready when he said he would - in a week- despite the busyness of the shop and the many larger projects - shower enclosers etc. - that he was involved in. He helped us to place glass and table correctly in our car and was wonderfully couteous through both encounters.

Very satisfying. Glass Smith understood the unusual nature of the project. Contacted the glass artist to get briefed about the construction of the glass, its dimensions and weight. Finding the proper channel took some time. The glass art is in place and quite striking. Glass Smith worked well with the glass artist.
