I called this company regarding a rental property I own that became available in May 2013. I live on the east coast and was unable to assess what needed to be done at the property before re-renting. Ms. Menger was extremely professional, thorough, and clearly had my best interests in mind when coordinating services, obtaining estimates, advertising, screening, etc. We receive a detailed report monthly along with our proceeds from the rental. I hope to do business with this company for many years to come.
