THE GUY THAT CAME TO PUT IN THE DOOR WAS A WEEK LATE SHOWING UP. WHEN THE GUY FINALLY GOT TO MY HOUSE, HE DID NOT HAVE THE PROPER TOOLS TO INSTALL THE DOOR, HE HAD TO BORROW TOOLS FROM ME TO GET THE JOB DONE.
