His personality and workmanship was wonderful. One of my ceilings was 28ft high and he did a wonderful job hiding the chords and patching the holes. He even made us a sample of the work before he started working. He has also installed security lights. Frank has also installed quit a few electrical outlets in my office. He was a lot less than what evreyone else was going to charge. Price is fair.
