This is the third time we have used the services of Flores Masonry, last time for the tricky task of rebuilding a retaining wall, this time for repaving our patio. Very quick estimate by owner. Very fair price. On time, courteous, hard-working and very competent team. Great supervision and communication. The site was left perfectly clean. A job well done, finished by the deadline agreed upon.

The work was impeccably done, high quality, looks great, and we're very pleased. It was a pleasure working with Willie Flores and his team. They're so professional, efficient, left the workplace immaculate, and were on time. Willie's bid for the work was quite reasonable, and compared favorably to other bids.

Willie met us to review our overall requirements and walked the job site for over an hour. Based on this review he was able to submit a bid covering all aspects of the job within a week.
Williie was asked to bracket the cost of the job so that we knew ahead of time what our maximum liability for the job would be. He did so bracketing the job to be between 10 and 15 days in length and to cost between $8500 and $10300 dollars. This was very helpful allowing us to budget for the job.
Throughout the 15 day effort, Willie's crews were always on time, completed all required activities in a very professional and complete manner and left the work site each evening clean and tidy.
All repair was completed to our satisfaction and Willie even went beyond the call during the project when asked to rebuild a portion of our driveway wall to accommodate a tree root that was causing the wall to crack. His crew brought in a lintel that was used to bridge across the tree root while integrated into the wall design.
Additionally, Willie's crew went out of their way to match the concrete color of the older concrete. They ended up mortar washing all the driveway rip rap joints to best achieve this result.
Willie was very agreeable in addressing all our needs, was forthright in his invoicing providing invoices for all material procured and was right on target in terms of how long the project should take and was right in the middle of the low and high estimate for the job.
We are very satisfied with Willie's work and would recommend him without reservation.
