The service went very well. Neal was very efficient and was able to tune the piano in 1 visit. The piano hadn't been tuned in a very long time and I thought it may take more than 1 visit. He was very friendly and social-able. He was very focused and had up to date software. It was fairly easy to schedule an appointment with him, as well. He was able to come out within a couple days. I would highly recommend this company to other.

I recently got the Baldwin piano that I used to play in the 80s in Texas relocated to my current home in Tucson. The piano had been tuned since its move to Tucson, but was noticeably out of tune again by the time I brought it into my house. Neal used to work for Balwdwin (for about 20 years if I remember right), and was very familiar with my piano. He got everything very nicely in tune, and also fixed a clicking key that had been bothering me ever since 1988. |Neal was friendly, punctual, and very professional the whole time he was over. I definitely plan to call him again the next time I need a tuning.

He was recommended to us by one of my music teacher friends. He gives a discount for teachers. Everything was great. He was a great guy.
