It's a smaller company. They are responsive and they want the work and need it. No job is to small for them.

Bruce did a great diagnostic job, he figured that my dryer vent may be clogged from the wall to the outside, and used a blower to clean it out. Then he tested all other systems and concluded that since he got the heat working, that probably solved the problem. If it reoccurs, he thinks it is a timer; he got a price for me, but recommended I not buy it unless the problem recurs.

I FELT HE KNEW EXACTLY HOW TO FIX THE PROBLEM. IT ONLY TAKE HIM ABOUT FIFTEEN MINUTES. HE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND IF WE NEED IT REPAIRED AGAIN WE WILL DEFINITELY USE THIS COMPANY.
