I have been a member for 4 years. The club has specialty services for older and disabled adults and has a full complement of experienced trainers. There is also a beautician on site and various classes offered throughout the day including swimming classes.

The instructors are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The facility is clean and there is a variety of exercise equipment to use as well as classes to take. For the over fifty age group it is a great environment as is it for the younger that like a mature setting. If your insurance covers it they have sliver sneakers classes.
