When I bought this house it already had a termite warranty for a baiting system (don't waste your money!!). When that ran out, I switched to the company that bought my company out since it now provided termite service and the employees used to be mine. Initially, if I saw a break through, all was taken care of. This past year, after having a water pipe failure I began to notice a termite problem along a specific construction line - this is a two and a half story house, so I did not expect total control when there are mutli-levels of foundation - that's impossible. What made me fall back on the reliability of First Inspection, was the poor customer service and attitude I was getting from my former company (my old employees were promoted to other offices). If I, with knowledge and experience, was feeling I was being talked down to, then it was time to call back First Inspection where my conversation would be useful and respected.
Travis gave me options for product used and I chose the one that was more expensive, but which I knew was tested and effective in the harsh desert environment. I will be moving from this house, but renting it for maybe three to five years. I trust First Inspection to give me and my renters the service that is needed to ensure that any termite control will be quickly taken care of.
