They did not supply the initial paperwork as required. They did not communicate when they were picking up my stuff and called only once 4 hours before they were showing up. The delivery to Minneapolis was all messed up the web site claimed they would deliver 14 to 21 days, but it took over 30 and in that time they did not supply any information on what was happening. They finally called 24 hours before they showed up and also stated that the cost would be more than $500 then initial quote. On my stuff they not only broke a number of bookcases they lost multiple boxes and delivered stuff that is not mine. The driver told them about the missing stuff and it still took them over a month to send me the claims form. I got the claim form by email, filled it out and sent it to them and 4 weeks later I contacted them and they say they never got it. Do not use this company.
