Finest Tree Service LLC

Don?t use these people. I paid them $1800! I?m no tree expert so I called them. I asked them to fix my fig tree because a few of the thin branches were starting to touch the fence. They came and removed a very large branch on one side of the tree and after they left the tree fell on the fence because the other side was too heavy! When I told them what happened they said will charge to fix it! The owner is worse than the estimator who is trying to charge for fixing what they broke! Terrible company!

This is the second year in row w/had our very tall Palm Trees trimmed by Bryan & his company.. The four young men that showed up to do the work were especially friendly & engaging. They took to the task immediately upon arrival w/extreme caution to safety & understanding of what exactly we wanted done...Meaning, asking us how close did we want the fronds trimmed & how much if any of the bark did we want removed...WE put it in their hands. They did an excellent job from start to finish giving special attention to clean-up w/ emphasis on getting most every little bit of debrie out of our pool from the fallen debris, This was something that could not have been helped as three of trees are so very close to the pool... During their stay we made contact on two seperate occasions w/Sonja at their office regarding payment et-cetera...She was extremely professional, helpful, & gracious; exemplifying how an office should be operated.......Thank you Sonja!

Limbs were removed without mishap and vines were cut back so they aren't growing under the roofing. Workers even did more trimming at our request. All debris was removed from the premises.

Excellent job. Crew was there ahead of time, trimmed the broken limbs, then reshaped the tree to balance the look of the tree and removed overgrowth. Debris and cut limbs were removed from the base of the tree. It looks like a real tree now instead of an overgrown monster.

We are so happy with the job that Finest Tree Service did for us. Professional and thorough and did an excellent job of cleaning up after job was finished. Would definitely use them again and will recommend to all our friends and neighbors!

Bryan and his team did an excellent job of taking out three trees and sculpting several mesquite and palo verde trees in our yard. They were on time when showing up to quote the job and perform the work. They did an excellent job of cleaning up after all the work in the yard. Great service, very knowledgeable and at a very reasonable price.

From showing up to quote the job to performing the work, Finest was on time.   Actual removal of the trees was quick, excellent cleanup and at a great price.  Bryan made good use of technology in that he was able to show us a quote on his IPad at our initial meeting, revise it on the spot, and also schedule us - all in the same visit.  He emailed us our quotes and contracts before he left the property.  Likewise, our receipt was in our inbox immediately after we paid.  More home service businesses would benefit from this model.

This guy is fantastic!  I found him on the Angie's, which I have used for years, but I am so impressed that I am finally writing my first review.  Last trim 2.5 years ago I used a highly rated Angie's List trimmer.  I am sure they did a good job, but these guys did a far superior job of sculpting all three trees.  In my mind, really cut the trees just right finally getting them back off the roof and making them look beautiful.  Even my wife said, "much better that last time".  Also he comes with a beautiful large truck with a wood chipper attached which allows him to remove a large amount of materials rather than the last guys having to load up the back of pick up trucks.  Seriously, this guy is excellent!

Brian was very responsive when I initially called him.  He asked me to send pictures of the trees (pictures were not that great that I provided) so that he could give me a rough estimate and he even dropped by to take a look at the trees and gave me an estimate on the spot.

Brian and crew were fabulous and did a great job.  Trimmed and removed dead branches of the 2 trees on my property.  Cleaned gutter in which tree was hanging over.  Cleaned up all debris and made my yard look new and the trees looked so neat I almost didn't recognize my own yard.  Crew was polite and funny.  They showed up on time and were ready to go.  My neighbor even commented on how efficient and quick the crew was and he was impressed and thought they did a great job.  I even gave my neighbor a business card for the Finest Tree Service.  

Great, on time, cleaned up pleasant to do business with. I'll use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

Bryan and his crew were great. We have a large yard and over the years our trees have been somewhat neglected. I called Finest Trees to get an estimate for removing mistletoe and giving our trees a general overall pruning and thinning.  Bryan came out the next day to meet with us. We walked the property to review and discuss each tree while Bryan took notes.  He provided an estimate and gave an explanation of the costs. On the day of the job, Bryan arrived with his crew exactly as scheduled and immediately went to work.  At the beginning of the job, and again a couple more times throughout the day, Bryan and his crew reviewed the work with me to be sure I was satisfied with what was being done with each tree.  I was impressed not only with Bryan, but with each member of his crew. Everyone was courteous and friendly, skilled at what they do - professional in every way.  I found them willing to do whatever I, as the customer, wanted done, but also willing to suggest alternatives and explain why I might want to do something a little different, whether for the health of the tree, or aesthetics, or for future maintenance issues. It was always good advice!
Our trees look great and are no doubt healthier than they?ve been in years. I am happy to have found a tree service that is reliable and skilled and look forward to using them again in the future.  

These guys were great! We got two quotes for tree removal, one from Finest and one from another company. Finest was much more reasonable. Bryan responded to my message on a Sunday and came out to see the tree the same day. He emailed me copies of his insurance and expained everything that they would do, including the cost of each part of the process. The tree that his team removed was a large mature mesquite that was nearly laying on my neighbors roof. They had it down and in the chipper in 30 minutes. They even cleaned out my neighbor's A/C unit which was full of leaves. I will definitely use them again.

Called a couple of others on Angie's list, but only voicemails available. Bryan answered the phone, gave a free estimate the next morning and work completed the following day. Communicated via text and pics the day of removal as I was at work. Very courteous and professional. Neighbors said they worked hard and efficiently! Very pleased and highly recommend.

It went very well. Bryan made an initial appointment for an estimate. After getting two additional estimates, we set up another appointment to discuss the job further, in part to ensure that there wouldn't be excessive trimming, as well as to discuss our need for bracing. We had a good discussion to ensure that our requirements were understood, and we accepted the proposal and scheduled the work. We were anxious about an impending storm, but fortunately, Bryan scheduled the job for early in the morning. He and his crew arrived on time, and got right to work after we again reviewed our expectations for the job. The work was done promptly and professionally; the branches were chipped and removed. He adjusted the bracing strategy to avoid interference/risk with ancient plumbing. The result looks good, and secure.  Bryan Jackson was a pleasure to do business with.
