House Cleaning, Carpet Cleaning
They cleaned the apartment and threw away items that I still had left in the apartment to come back for later. These items equal out to about 400-500 dollars worth of items thrown away. The owner hired a sub-contractor to do the job and there was a failure in communication stating that I still lived and had the apartment and belongings in my possession. This resulted in my items being thrown away. The owner Jim is very rude and would not cooperate with me in any way to resolve the situation. He blamed it on the sub-contractor as well as me and would not discuss a resolution. He told me to file a renters insurance claim on my own, when it was his business who threw my items away. My insurance does not cover these things as well as I do not believe it is my responsibility to pay a deductible for something that this business did to me.
