"[member name removed], In August Of 2011 you brought your vehicle in for a bad mis and basically undrivable, it is a 1972 Gran Torino and we explained that your vehicle needed alot from sitting for long period of time, you stated at the moment to take our time you only had 300.00 at this time and offered us to hold your title while we wait as you come up with the funds to get your 1972 Gran Torino running again we did tell your title was not needed to work with you. I suppose the saying no good deed goes unpunished is appropriate. No carb was needed it was bad fuel, fuel tank with lines and tune up issues as well as hoses belts ect.. I trully am sorry you feel the way you do, however I do not feel you have been fare in the complaint you have given us after we have worked with you, your vehicle was finished in September of 2011 and you picked it up in February 2012. The work we did is warranteed for 1 year and we will extend the warranty for another year. If you have any issues please do not hesitate in contacting me directly.
