It went well. LJ, the owner, is very personable and detail-oriented. The proposal included full details of what would be done. It was about the most amount of work that could be done on a roof without tearing it off, and included lots of repairs to dry rotted areas, power and A/C connections into the house on the roof. The work seems to have been of very high quality, the one roof leak has stopped and we have a 5-year warranty on the roof. Eversil will be maintaining our roof in the coming years, and we will use them for any future major work, hopefully a long time down the road.

These folks were fantastic. I was out of town and they inspected the roof and sent me a proposal by email. Everything they said was consistent with what I saw (with way more detail). They worked around my schedule so I could be there and learn the process. First they power washed it. The next time they repaired cracks, re-terrained the roof with membrane where there had been ponding...corrected the drainage, wrapped all the vents, redid the transitions into the scuppers (drains), even laid membrane under my HVAC, and coated the ductwork. They also patched the cracks on my parapets which weren't part of the deal, and they replaced the broken pipe that drains the condensation off my HVAC. They third day they came and recoated the roof with what seems like a great product ...check out their website to see the water bead up on it. They explained all the steps to me and how my roof was not done quite right to begin with, and what they were doing to make it work properly. LJ and Tony were very friendly, professional, honest, take pride in their work, and have a great work ethic. The coating looked so homogenous and Tony looked like the milkman up there spreading the cream. I feel like I have a new roof! I tried to pay more (for the xtra work) and LJ said no. I am very happy with the result.

I was very impressed with the way Tony and Daniel did the job.
They did such a through job on each stage of the job. I was going to remove the
protective cages around all my skylights that were prone to being hit by golf balls
from the adjacent golf course be they insisted they would remove and replace them.
They are by far the nicest 2 people that I've ever worked with.
I was very pleased with the end result and the price was very reasonable.
I wouldn't hesitate recommending this company for any roof work.
