I was very impressed at the service I received. The technician was extremely courteous and professional. He was very through ensuring that all of my home, inside and out, was treated properly. He took extra care in treating the interior around of my pet. I am so happy that all the bugs are gone and I have yet to see any again since. It smelled like something died in our attic so we thought we might have a problem with mice. The original person who came out told us that he didn't have much experience with mice so he would be back with his manager to assess the situation. He came back the next day without the manager and said he was told to go ahead and set traps. No mice were caught. On the second follow up to check the traps, a different person arrived and acted like he had no idea why he was there and he couldn't tell me what we should do next since no mice were caught. He said he would have the manager call me. I waited for 3 days for him to call before calling the office. They told me that the manager would come to our house at 4:00 pm that day and he never showed up. After another angry call to the office, the manager finally came the next day. He assessed the situation and determined that we never had a mice infestation but more likely a problem with lizards. He offered to give us a refund because if the first person had known what they were doing, the would've known that the droppings we found weren't from mice. When I didn't receive the refund after a month, I called the office and yet again, I didn't get a call back. One last call and threats to write bad reviews on every site I could find finally resulted in a refund check being mailed. The problem with this company is their complete lack of follow through and communication. Don't use them unless you want to be frustrated and blown off.

The person arrived on time and inspected our house. He then did the necessary application of product and it went very well. We are quite pleased with the service and do not see any insects since then. We have a contract for every other month at a cost of $60. We have not had to call them to come any additional times.

I've been using this company for over 10 years for monthly pest service, and they do a great job.  The turn over is very low, so the technician we have every month is the same one that we've had for the past few years.  I also called them for emergency bee removal service, and they showed up within an hour.

Representative did a through inspection of house and presented several treatment alternatives with very competitive prices. Treatment was done on schedule and neatly done.

At first it started good but went down hill when they changed techs and did not tell me



so I get someone who I never met at my door to spray.







I also had to call back several times to re spray and they started sending me the wrong amount for my bill



so I had to waste time and call the company.

Very honest people, neat, clean and thorough. I would recommend them to anyone.  I originally heard of them from friends Cheryl and Greg Reece.  The same man comes all the time (John).  I recommended them to my neighbor The Lopez's and they have a termite and bi- monthly pest control.  My home is in good hands.. thanks to Essential Pest Control.

The weeds were really out of control.  They did a nice job.  They will be following up soon for a second treatment here soon.

I think it’s a good company. They are reliable and they call before they come. They come every two months for checking centre com systems. They call ahead of time and they are here when they say they are going to be here. They are very professional and I am very happy with them. I have no problems with the pest.

They did a good job for the most part. They were reasonably priced, the guy they sent me was good, but I did tell them to send me the best. They were good to deal with. They came in and drilled and did a treatment. They sent one guy to do a 2-3 man job, his manager was telling him to short us but he didn't do it. I did like that about the guy they sent but I'm not too impressed with his manager. It made him mad and he said he wasn't doing that. They are still waiting on us to get some other work done so they can do around some pipes. The guy they sent worked hard, worked a full day and he was great. His manager was not so great. I'd give him a B because of his manager. I think their prices are comparable, I only got two bids and the other was a bit higher. He did miss a hole or two.

They are wonderful. The person that comes out for pest control sprays inside. He is nice and talks to me and stuff. I pay them $60 every two months; the price is average as far as I know. I would rate them highly.

We have been checking various companies and procedures to see which was best.
We spoke with 2 of our neighbors who had Essential and have been satisfied. We had other estimates which offered spraying the soil around the house or trenching around the house. The problem with spraying is that it doesn't go deep enough in the ground to be effective, plus the effectiveness of the chemical denegrates rapidly.

It was fine and they were great. The guy was very punctual and they gave us an estimate. They were able to come right out and take care of the work right after we got the estimate. The only downside was that we didn't get a renewal notification. When I called them to find out why they didn't call me back the first time so I had to call them back and the second person got back to me. They are very thorough.
