Had some black sealer removed from adobe brick on the front of my house. The work was well done, it turned out great. There was some confusion on the estimate and how the labor was calculated.

Project: Power wash driveway. The work to clean the driveway was good. The only downside was the mess left in the street. The dirt, chemicals hardened in the street and made the cleaned area vulnerable to the mess being tracked back into the cleaned driveway. At least I have a better understanding of what to ask about the process.

"Betty, I am sorry you felt the value was low. We strive to provide value to homeowners in all we do. Recovering the water run off during pressure washing is available but there is a charge for this and a charge to dispose the dirty water. In most cases the rain will wash the run off into the storm drains. Should you need this service again I will provide it at 50% off."

Environmental Mgmt was hired to clean carpets in our entire home. They had some problems with their equipment in the middle of the service, so it took longer than expected. They immediately apologized, and at the end gave us a discount for the trouble. They were very professional, did a great job, and were very thorough. I highly recommend them.

We hired Environmental Management to steam clean carpets that I'm sure hadn't been cleaned in over 10 years. Everyone from the office personnel to the operator were very accomodating. I know we made the right choice when hiring them.
