The testing went very well. Unfortunately due to mistakes that we made BEFORE we engaged them, the clean up and testing were both more complicated than they typically would have been. The EA people worked with us to clearly explain our options and complete their work in a timely fashion. They timing and scheduling were critical for us because of a hospital stay my mother in law was having. We were very pleased both with the quality of their work and their flexibility in working around our scheduling constraints

I would highly recommend Mike for any mold testing needs you have. He took core samples from walls that we suspected had mold and found the problem behind a kitchen wall. After my mold remediation, he returned to test again to make sure the remediation was successful. A great experience all around. Not one complaint.

Mike arrived at the scheduled time. He preformed a limited assessment to help determine if mold existed in the home for me to decide if the home would be safe for me. He was very willing to share his knowledge to help me determine what is best. Very professional written report was given after the ERMI test came back. He also called me with the result and gave me the opportunity to ask questions.

We could not have been more pleased with the promptness and professionalism on the service they provided. As homeowners we were extremely concerned with the amount of mold caused by a long slow leak within our bathroom and subflooring area. The inspector assured us that every test necessary was being performed to ensure our safety in the future. He was extremely knowledgeable and provided the results in layman's terms so we cold understand it. . He provided overnight results on his testing and gave us the "clear to go ahead" with the reconstruction project. We really appreciated his work and concern for us as homeowners.

After I instituted recommendations, air was even cleaner than before the incident. Very helpful. Would use again. He came to the house for the testing and sample collection. Called and answered messages in a timely way. No one wants this type of problem, but this is an excellent, properly credentialed and qualified expert if you need indoor air testing.
