+ -1 moreMike or Karen answered my message promptly, followed up readily with estimates and completion of the work. They were very reasonable with his prices and was able to explain the specific procedure they were going to perform. The sanitizing was scheduled, and the installers were on time. They cleaned up any mess and actually left the house in better condition than they found it!
