 + -1 morePeople at EMS were nice to us when we called them and arranged us to see several properties in Tucson. Lori was very nice and professional with us and patiently answered all our questions. We ended up not renting from them, but most of the properties were pretty nice and well kept.
Description of Work: The provider showed us potential rental properties.

Description of Work: I gave an overall rating of a D because I felt I was left out in the cold with this company. I used them to find renters for my house in Tucson because a good friend recommended me to EMS. I dealt with two agents the first was all-right and found me a tentant for my guess house that worked out, regretfuly at a very low rental rate. The second agent somehow talked me into renting to two college students, the house was unoccupied for quite some time and I took a risk. What a mistake! A red tag (noise viloation), city ordnance violation, p***** off neighbors and a few police calls made my life h***. I did respect that the company helped serve 30 day notices and speak with the tenants but what a mistake. Due to discrimination laws I could not ask certain questions about the tenat that only EMS knew, they assured me since we had co-signers everything would be OK. The nightmare still continues and I expected EMS to help guide me away from this situation. The amount of time and money I have spent on this is absurd and they have already gotten there money so they are out. Would I work with them again? NO. I just feel they did not have my back and only cared about getting money into the till and moving on to the next deal....
