Excellent overall. It was a long, hard day, but they continued to be courteous, friendly, and professional. Paul went over and above to ensure we had a smooth move--even when our stress levels rose, he remained unflappable and accommodating. Thank you!!!

I not only highly recommend Elegant Movers but I will never use anyone else or recommend anyone else...they were flat out phenomenal! Not only did they pack everything correctly every time but they actually cared about doing that and hustling! They hustled and got the job done right. John came out before the move to let us know what to expect, etc and then he would give us great ideas like, “Hey, what do you think about taking a few of these lava rocks to the new house?” We loved the idea and he even remembered to do it after nearing a 12 hour long day of moving. Now, John is a manager/owner but I felt in VERY good hands for that 12 hour day...he would go in and out for that 12 hour day but he always told me he was heading out, where, why and when I could expect him back. So, John would leave us with this spectacular 4 man crew which was Zach, Mike, Wyatt and Paul. Zach was kind of left in charge when John would step out and John let me know that Zach was a more senior member of the team so I knew to come to Zach with any questions, etc. And boy oh boy did Zach ever step up to that role, he “took over” for John flawlessly. Zach did not miss a beat even when our family/friend team missed a beat, Zach didn’t! We made a snafu and realized we needed a giant, old 400 pound TV over at the new house in less than an hour for the cable install but we had lost some trucks and people already at the new house do it was a real jam. We also needed another second giant tv over there at that same time. I’ll be honest, I don’t even know how Zach and the rest of the team pulled it off but they did! They continued on with a quick pace but keep in mind, they never dodged packing things right to keep up with a quick pace. Every single thing on their end was smooth as silk...their friendliness, warmth, professionalism, trustworthiness, skill and speed of moving. This was a major, large move and to top it off...we were downsizing with way too much stuff to begin with so we already came with challenges. But then disaster struck several times on our end and Elegant Movers came to the rescue every time without even really breaking a sweat or thinking about if they even wanted to help because a couple of these disasters are way out of their job description! A member of our party fell twice! The first time was superficial thank goodness but it was a head injury so there was a lot of blood. The team didn’t even think twice, they just naturally sprung into action and helped her up and walked her back into the house making sure she wouldn’t fall again. They then immediately and naturally keep on assisting me and her! All of them were around us to help however they could. And, I really needed the help because she did not want to stay seated while I examined her profusely bleeding head wound to see what action we needed to take. And, she also wouldn’t stay seated so I could ask her some mental clarity questions. So, they allowed me to negotiate with her and sprung into action to get her ice and also look to also see the head wound was superficial. The same person fell over again at the new house later that night out of her chair. And here we go again, my husband is now getting her back in her seat as her dog starts biting my husband so Paul asks can he help out and my husband says yes. She was not at all hurt this second time but here is Elegant Movers yet again pitching in, I mean really pitching in. So yeah, it’s only Elegant Movers for me and mine without question. These men are a true, great group of honest and hard working men and they are simply above and beyond. Every single one of our treasures arrived safe and sound, including humans! There is absolutely no bull here and you refreshingly get a very fair, competitive price to boot! They even offered to do things I didn’t even think about or had planned on having them do like re hook up the washer and dryer. I would ask Zach for example to move out the refrigerator not because we were taking it but just because I wanted to look behind it, he did it graciously and so did all the guys when we would ask them for things like that. Do not even hesitate, this is the only moving company you will want or ever need!

The guys were great problem solvers. Taking apart and rebuilding difficult items - removing doors when necessary to get large items out. They took great care with our possessions. The estimate we were given was high but the finished job came in low. We were grateful because that meant no surprises. They didn't give us an unrealistic lowball estimate just to get the job. Three movers and a truck cost $135 an hour plus fuel $50. Job was complete in 5.25 hours.

I highly recommend Elegant Movers. John, Paul and staff were professional, on time and thoughtful with my furniture and misc items. We were ready for them with our items organized and they were able to grab and go effortlessly. I had no stress which is a plus. Thank You Elegant Movers.

This was the best move I have ever had. They called before they came, arrived right on time, & worked nonstop until the job was done. They did everything for me so I didn't have to lift a finger. All my furniture was wrapped before being loaded in the truck. They arrived quickly at my new home & moved all my furniture in. I can't praise them enough. I just wish I had found them earlier when I moved before. I will always use them in the future.

There were two movers at one time to four at one time. The work took approximately four hours.

We had to change the date of our move locally because the new place was not ready. The originally scheduled movers could only r/s for a date the following week. We needed to get some basics moved to the new house so we could start staying there. I called Elegant Movers on a thursday asking for friday availability. John was friendly and scheduled the move for friday afternoon. He kept me informed when there was a change in times (based on a snafu with the move scheduled before us which was out of his control). John and a team member worked hard in 90+ weather. They were very careful with our things. They even rinsed their hands before handling mattresses. We needed an old couch removed and John willingly took it away. I would definitely hire Elegant Movers again.

The move went well. John arrived at 0830 with three guys. I was very ready for them and they moved us out of a two bedroom apartment in about 90 minutes. Only two guys came to unload in Mesa though. One less mover cost less but took longer to unload. I think this works in the consumer's favor though because you have to pay for all of their time including the return trip. The guys did well and they put all of our furniture back together. They even took apart my son's crib because it wouldn't fit through the bedroom door and then putty it back together. Overall I think it was well worth not having to move myself, those guys work incredibly hard!

The move went excellent, completely stress free and they even assisted installing our dishwasher. Without us asking they fully assembled our bedroom furniture and patio table. The guys were great and we will definitely recommend their services to anyone who requires them.

It went well, it took about an hour and a half moving from a one bedroom apartment to another one bedroom apartment.

John and Andrew performed the work tirelessly and with expedience. They are very thorough and experts at this sort of thing. It was very hot and they took only one break each. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Everyone was polite and respectful of our items.  They were punctual and very hard working.  I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent!  They were very good and efficient.  They got everything loaded and packed in no time at all!

They worked hard and I was really impressed with how quickly and efficiently everything was done.  They made sure all the furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it in the new house.  I was very happy that nothing was damaged.  They came back and picked up all their boxes when we finished unpacking, and even rearranged some furniture for me.  John was pleasant to work with, and very experienced.

They were quick and efficient, before we knew it they were done!
