The Drywall repair of our 12 foot ceiling project was scheduled within a week. Prompt estimate and scheduled within a week. work was done within a plastic draped enclosure to prevent dust spreading. Cleanup was excellent. We actually hired for another small project. Very pleased.

Oscar was very professional from start to finish. He gave us a quick and accurate estimate and arrived to do the work when he said he would. His drywall work was very professional. His texturing was better than what was already on the ceiling. We would definitely hire him again. We plan to hire him again soon to replace some light fixtures and hang a ceiling fan. He will be our go to guy when we need work done.

Outstanding work, start to finish!

I bought a house with the intent to refinishing the interior. But the house needed more work than I had originally anticipated, so this ended up being a gut job. Oscar and Nina were my contractors who handled the drywall, installation of tile flooring, interior painting, installation of fixtures, installation of bathroom shower tile, refinishing and repair of various interior and exterior features, and installation of appliances. There was also major plumbing and electrical work that had to be done, however I had different licensed contractors handle that work because of the nature of it. I am quite happy with everything they did. One of the best aspects is their level of communication. I couldn't live in the house during the remodel, so I wasn't monitoring when they came in, but they would let me know if they found anything different as they came. For example, I had visited the house for measurements and pushed back the sliding door blinds, and the next day they came and let me know the blinds were moved. They also are great about responses. I don't think I ever had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to get a response to a question or comment I had. They would ask good clarifying questions for the times I wasn't clear, and that helped a lot. One thing I did learn is that during this process, I have to be my own quality control. And in that respect, Oscar and Nina also did a great job. If I had an update about where I wanted something to be or how something should look, they responded quickly and addressed whatever issue I had. They also offered good perspective and advice for how things should look, which ended up making it all work better. And one more upside of their communication is that they can do it right the first time with clarity. I already have in mind some future work that I would like them to do, probably in a month or so. I'm going to hire them for it, as I trust their work ethic and attention to detail.

They were phenomenal from start to finish. Great clean up at the end of every day, on time and worked hard from start to finish. Very personable. Very meticulous work--treated my home as if it were theirs. I was nervous to hire as not licensed but my fears were squelched very early on. I can't say enough great things about them. Do not hesitate to hire these folks!
