Daniel came out and installed our system, I have never met someone else who knew as much as he did about the water refining process. Daniel called 2 times to verify the appt that day and we was pleased with the way he treated us. Reading other reviews, Daniel had to drill drywall at my house and did pick up his mess, and even made sure with me that it was to our standards. We were very happy about the professionalism with the entire process will recommend to anyone wanting a high quality water softener.

I called and asked if they could come out for an estimate. I was pleasantly surprised that a woman answered and said that she would be the one coming out. Chrissy came out and was extremely knowledgeable. She took a look around and gave me an estimate after explaining all the work to be done and the variety of options (purchase vs lease, different models) I had. The work was scheduled for the next week. The guys were very punctual and got to work right away. They were friendly and approachable and answered any questions I had. They finished on time and cleaned everything up and took their trash with them.
Chrissy even offered me in house financing same as cash. She said I could take up to 12 mos if necessary to pay. I won't need it, but what a great option.
Very knowledgeable professionals. Definitely the folks to contact for water softeners. I highly recommend them.

I originally purchased a water softener unit and reverse osmosis system from Ecowater back in 2000. Daniel Lake assisted in installing it. We had no problems with it and had Daniel/Ecowater move the same unit to our new home in 2004. It's still running well. Over the past 10 years, Daniel has been my consistent point of contact for both the R/O filters and a variety of other plumbing issues that have arisen in the home. He is responsive (calling back and providing prompt service), professional (in skill and attitude), and fair (in price and when things end up a bit more complicated than expected). More than that, he's consistently cleaned up the work site to the point that it's cleaner when he leaves than when he arrives (and I'm kind of picky.) I marked punctuality a and quot;Band quot; because it's sometimes hard for him to make it here and quot;on timeand quot; if a complication arises at the prior job site. I understand that since my repairs sometimes have complications too. Plumbing does not always cooperate nicely within the anticipated time frame. He's always apologetic if he's delayed and explains the cause of his delay, so I'm good with that. In general, then, I've found Daniel to be a young man who is dedicated to both his craft and his customers. I couldn't ask for more.

We inherited an eco water softener and RO system about 3 years ago. Daniel at Eco Water was great--making sure to contact us when it was time to change filters or add potassium.
When we began having problems and asking questions they abandoned us and refused to take our phone calls or return calls.
In February, after they had come to add potassium to our water softener our plants began to yellow and not look so good. I called Daniel to make sure that they had put potassium and not salt. Dan assured me that it was potassium and his and quot;kidsand quot; would not make a mistake like that. They had begun using a new brand of potassium--an even better type.
Then, in March we began having white build up on our fixtures. My husband called and asked them to come and get this new potassium out of the water softener so my husband could put in the type that we know works without problems. They never showed up.
In April our fixtures began literally breaking off. I called and Dan's son came out and declared that everything was fine. We knew it was not. After numerous very reasonable phone calls which never got returned we had another company come out. It turns out that what was in our system was indeed salt and it was indeed the cause of the buildup we were experiencing.

It is baffling to us why they wouldn't want to correct an easily correctable problem. If you like to do business with people who ignore you when you have a problem then this is the place for you.

I first purchased a whole-house water softening system plus an under-sink reverse osmosis (R/O) system from Ecowater in 2000. While I was satisfied with the quaity of the product, I was not happy with the installers, who left very sharp metal shavings on my kitchen floor and a pile of drywall dust where they had to drill through an outer wall. They were leaving when I insisted they clean it up -- especially since I have a child who loves to go barefoot.
Over the years, the people who have come out to change out filtersin the R/O unit have been good, with two exceptions. Sometimes I have had to remind them to go out and check the whole-house unit outside. And they do not always follow through on service promises. For example, they have promised to send or stop by with small parts that needed to be replaced on the remote monitoring device or the drinking water faucet, but never did. I'm still waiting on one of those after 3 years and several reminders.
This year I had to have the system replaced due to pack rat damage. They had eaten wires and had gotten into the salt compartment, which was littered with their droppings. The main person I dealt with was great and was apologetic about my previous problems with the company. The whole-house portion of that unit was installed in a timely manner. However, when I walked out to see how they were progresisng, I caught his helper shoveling the salt from the old unit, complete with rat droppings, into the new unit.
I was told the new R/O would be installed in a week and a half. I finally called them after 2 months, and they came and installed it, but not the unit I was promised. The installer said he would be back the next week with the parts to update it to what was promised. You guessed it -- I'm still waiting
Although I'm very happy with the system itself, I will NOT be purchasing from this company again.

Company was very competitive in price, completed the project as promised with very professional Representatives, and 'went the extra mile' for customer satisfaction.

WE THINK THE GENTLEMAN THAT CAME OVER WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE IN HIS PROFESSION. HIS WORK WAS VERY EFFICIENT, AND WE WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE. WE ALSO WERE QUITE IMPRESSED WITH HIS PRICES.
