In Ground Swimming Pool or Accessories Repair or Service
Hired to replace a circuit breaker on the pool filter. After completing and he turned on the circuit half the electricity in the house went out. The repair guy said sorry and left. Hired an electrician who got the power back on and told me the circuit breaker that was installed was done wrong and caused the outage. Spoke with Richard customer service guy who told me the electrician was wrong and stated they had nothing to do with it. Unbelievable bad customer service. Stay away from this company

I would give them an A. A high rating. The highest rating. They were excellent. Came right out within in, I must of called them on march 15 and it was installed on April 7th. I don't know if they had to order, I was in no big hurry. I would give them a high rating. He was excellent very happy. On price, I would give them an A I had gotten an estimate for replacing that pump it was $1210 dollars. So i was very pleased with the price. And he gave me a 5 year warranty over and above the standard 3 year warranty the company of the pool pump provided. So E-Konomy actually uped the warranty he said just for me, I don't know why. I don't think it was just for me, It was very sweet. I did have to get that later on he kind of forgot to give it to me so I had to call the company and they did mail it to me actually. So I did get the 5 year warranty verses the 3 year warranty. I do believe they do pool maintenance too,but I have a pool guy I'm really happy with. So I'm going to keep that in the back of my mind in the event my pool man retires. They did offer other services they let me know about other services so I was very pleased with that. I would definitely hire them again, even for service down the road if there was a change.

The last time they did 2 things, they replaced the pump on my swimming pool and they fixed my spa.
The guy that came out and put the pump on the pool did a nice job. When he went to repair the spa he was a nice guy, very friendly, relatively new working for them and he was not able to fix the spa properly and they had to have another person come out and do it. He came out to fix it and he spent forever here and they charged me the original estimate which allowed for 2 hours and they were here for about 8 hours. After this guy couldn't fix it, the other guy came within an hour and they stayed until he fixed it. And it was raining and he still stayed.

They were very responsive, knowledgeable, professional and they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them. I would absolutely use them again.

They have been very responsive when there have been problems with our nearly 30 year old pool. We did have an issue this summer when the calcium hardness and dissolved solids in the pool water exceeded normal levels and we had to drain the pool. This was not the fault of E-Konomy but we would have appreciated knowing that the water was reaching these levels earlier. The problem has been fixed and the relationship/communication with E-Konomy has been improved. Everyone from the technician who services the pool to the managers/owners have been approachable and responsive to our needs.

I had them for many years and they did a very good job. But this past summer, it was a nightmare, a complete nightmare. In the interim, I needed advice and counseling on how to get through the hot summer so I did not have to re-plaster when it was very hot out and what happened was I got advice from them and the advice seemed to be the wrong advice. After spending close to 1,200 to have them come out on two to three separate occasions and I was aware that I needed to do more. Their company suggested some ideas and I took their word and then I did not get anywhere with substantial amount of money on a product that was sold to me and it did not help me at all. This was their advice and I took it and what happened then after that was i had companies come up to bid on re-plastering and they were one of them. They were willing to take the product back that they had sold me and deduct that amount from the cost of re-plastering the pool which is going to cost around 7,000 or 8,000 dollars and I thought that was, I do not know how else to put it but "bush league". The owner who I have known for years and who I like very much they should have never sold me that product. So here I am with this 250 something dollar worth of chlorine that was not the proper stuff to buy. The bottom line was they were interested in helping me if I was going to give them the job of re-plastering the pool and they would deduct that amount that I paid for this chlorine chemical. I thought that was terrible. the owner admits they should have never sold it to me and I boarded on their advice. If he had any common sense, he would have said "You know what, we have been dealing with you for 20 years or more, we are just going to cut your credit card and pick up the product". So lo and behold because of that, he did not get the job to re-plaster the pool. I got another company. I made conversation and I think he is a nice, fair man. He just blew this particular deal. He should have been more business like.

They stood behind their work. I was satisfied with their work. I used them for years. They're all A-plus workers. They're very honorable. The employees are well versed in their jobs and they're courteous. They did a good job the first time. I was just having a specific problem.

The estimator arrived when requested and did a great job. He answered all of our questions and wrote up the estimate. The service technician arrived on time, got right to work and replaced the pool pump motor. He did an excellent job and answered all of our questions. I was extremely pleased

The repair work went well but E-Konomy did a poor job of informing me when they would arrive. After playing phone tag, the technician arrived while I was not home - no one informed me of the appointment despite leaving two phone numbers. After I called again, they left a phone message stating a new appointment time. Technician arrived during that time, but should have called ahead given the lack of contact. Technician seemed very knowledgeable and worked quickly to solve the problems. Technical work highly professional but scheduler not so much.

I LIKE THE FACT THAT THEY MAKE SURE WHEN THEY ARE DONE CLEANING THE POOL, THAT WE ARE HAPPY WITH THE WORK. THEY ALSO MAKE SURE THAT THE CHEMICAL LEVELS ARE CORRECT BEFORE THEY LEAVE.
