Lawn Service
We arranged with Adrian for monthly routine yard cleanup and maintenance, and engaged him for 10 months. He does passable work when he shows up, but I got tired of the "no call/no show" routine. When I said I was willing to continue working with him if he would commit to being more professional, he said, "No. I appreciate it though. Have a nice day" (and yes, that is a direct quote of the text he sent).
