My experience was several years ago on multiple jobs here in the Chicago area. His prices are reasonable. He is very professional. He's very clear in documentation about the scope of work and quotes. Everything was quoted as well as any changes that required my signature. Most of the contractors are not that organized. He was exceptionally organized and punctual. He did what he said he would do. He put it on and he met his deadline. He has very high craftsmanship and very personal responsibility for the job. Basically, I liked just about everything except he wasn't somebody who could do exteriors. He had a very clear expertise. If I had to do another work, I had to pull another contractor. In terms of interior remodeling and basement refinishing, he's very, very organized. He has quick and high quality of work. Everything was documented. He fixed things that didn't go right. He ran into subcontractors to do certain things that he couldn't do. I'm very, very pleased. I would recommend him highly.
