Doucette-Ewer Construction represents a unique combination of talents. The Doucette organization brings its management team, construction “back office” expertise, over twenty-five years of quality homebuilding and an outstanding reputation. Kent Ewer and his company, Ewer Construction, provide the hands on management expertise developed from thirty years of experience in various capacities in the construction trades, project management in large organizations such as the University of Miami, and large national homebuilders. Most of all, Kent Ewer is a craftsman, someone who understands quality work and will not settle for anything less. Kent and the Doucette team will help their customers with the mundane and the magnificent. They will do this by providing a variety of services from the ongoing inspection and maintenance of a client’s home, to helping their customers visualize and see through the complete renovation of all or a part of their residence. Doucette has received numerous inquiries for remodeling projects over the years from its backlog of over 2500 closed homes. They have respectfully declined this interest due to their concentration on new residential construction, and the lack of quality management available in this market for these types of projects. Doucette and Ewer’s paths crossed in early 2007, and Tom Doucette and his partner, Jeff Singleton, immediately recognized Kent as someone they wanted within their organization. Kent was fairly new to Tucson, but intent on starting his own construction company and furthering his burgeoning reputation in the area. After much discussion it was determined that a combination of talents would best serve the community as well as our business interests. Our goal is to provide a variety of services for the homeowner.
