Distinctive Cleaning & Maintenance Services

Where to begin?...I hired this company based on the good reviews and a recommendation through Evolve vacation rentals. They sent out Dan & Amber, who go by (and bill me) by another company name, Dustbusters (?). They required an initial cleaning of $300 to start. Considering i just had a deepclean and didn't need a whole house clean, i went along because i needed new cleaners. Long story short, they do not communicate promptly, and ONLY THRU TEXT whenever they do respond to you back, they don't answer urgent emails regarding guest concerns, did not follow through on my specific cleaning & repair requests (guest reported the oven was smoking whenever turned on and setting off the alarms, the noisy dishwasher, the extremenly loose front door knob, etc.) because they did not really clean the dirty oven (they insisted they did), during the initial deepclean, which i specifically asked for and many other missed places. In short, they did not really do an initial deepclean, and do not conduct prompt turnovers between guests, and treat you horribly. My guest reviews on cleanliness since hiring this company went down. And i am stuck without turnover cleanings during Tucsons short busy season. Buyer beware!!

Very well and on time

There was 5 years of nicotine on my bath walls. They totally removed all the stains and odors. The walls were textured, so it was more difficult to clean. The team was professional, polite and cared about their work.

They pride them self on how they can clean lime scale out of sinks. I liked that they were a little bit early and they did every little bit that I contract for. Very professional she has a beautiful website that has before and after pictures. She did our kitchen sink and did a marvelous job! She's worth every penny!
