REPAIRED TIRE PUNCTURE DUE TO NAIL FOR FREE !!! Unbelievable in this time and age. I do not know of anyone else who does that; even WALMART charges ten dollars to repair flat tire repair; PEPBOYS charges $20+; FIRESTONE charges $30+. I am so, so grateful and did it quite promptly too within half hour, without making me wait for hours at 427pm on 8-31-17. My kudos to salesperson 925, CARLOS J RAMOS-MORENO. I cannot say enough good things about him and this store.

I own three vehicles and have purchased new sets of tires at this same store several times over the past 15 years. Every thing went well this time except for one minor point. I have had premature (within 36 months) sidewall cracks on more than one set of tires including the current tires being replaced.. Due to reduced tire service life caused by hot, dry climate in Tucson, I specifically requested new tires purchased by me be less than 24 months from date of manufacture at time of sale. You guessed it! One installed/mounted tire out of five tires was well past 24 months from date of manufacture. I'll do business here again however next time will personally insect tires prior to paying/mounting . On another occasion less than two weeks ago, I returned a mounted truck tire for road hazard warranty repair. Tire was condemned and they promptly replaced the Sprinter tire with a new tire at no additional cost to me. Tire was mounted and balanced. Runs smooth. Good Job!

Have purchased tires there at least 3 times. Rotation and balancing is always free if you buy tires there. They are always right on time when I schedule appointments and are usually done in 30 minutes or less. Super friendly and professional staff. The service techs in the garage are always working at a fast pace.

I have moved around allot due to military assignments. Whenever I am in a location that has Discount Tires, I take my cars there for tires and tire service. There customer service attitude is fantastic, even when they are doing warranty work. Some places only perform warranty work grudgingly, and then not well. Discount treats me the same whether I am buying four new tires or just getting warranty work. They even fixed a flat on my wife's car once, for free, without even asking if she had bought her tires there or if she had a warranty.

We have purchased tires from them for years and have nothing but rave reviews. Great service, and whenever we have a problem the tires are replaced.

When you buy four new tires, you get free rotation and inspection for the first year. Also if you buy tires and later find tires that are cheaper, they will meet or beat the price. In addition, pay the extra $14.00 or whatever it is to get the road hazard warranty. It's worth it.

We have been using Discount Tires for over 20 years. They are nationally known as well as having great warranties. They will meet or beat most prices in town. I have always been pleased with the work they have done for me.

Work was done fast and efficient. And all at a reasonable price for my truck.
