Shown photos of damaged catalytic converter prior to install, and those photos confirmed initial diagnosis by my general mechanic. Installation of catalytic converter done in a timely fashion and at minimal cost. Warranty and guarantee included. Cannot rate "Quality of Product" because longevity of "Universal Catalytic Converter" part is unknown.

I have had many dealings with Discount Muffler. Javier and Katrina (owners) are the best! I have not found a more fair and honest shop in Tucson. I refer all my family and friends to them. Don't let the name fool you, Javier is a certified mechanic with all the tools and knowledge to do more than mufflers.

I have an exotic car, one of the muffler tips had come loose and needed to be welded. I had stopped by a few shops but was having trouble finding a shop that could handle the issue. I was referred to Discount Muffler, I called them up on that Saturday, they told me to stop in that afternoon. They were able to fit me in and weld the tip back in place in a very short time and only charged me $10 after I insisted that I pay something. The owners and staff were extremely professional and friendly, I would certainly use them again!
