After calling several of the larger companies on Angie's list and being very dissatisfied with initial impressions (inexperienced people, and one guy who came out to do the quote wanted to mark the problem areas of my flat roof with fluorescent spray paint!) I found Jeremiah who owns Desert Sun Roofing.  Jeremiah is a great guy - very professional.  We walked the roof and then we spent a lot of time in the house, where I showed him all the leaky spots.  I had bought the house a few months previous, and subsequently found that it rained inside the house!    Back up on the roof to trace all possible points-of-entry.  Jeremiah and I spent a fair amount of time just on this, and this was before I gave him my business.    He and one other guy came out to do the work, which consisted of mesh/patch scuppers and other trouble spots and re-roll the entire roof.  The material he used is from a local roof coating company - not just the stuff from the hardware store.  He even left me the remainder of the 5-gal bucket, so I could do my own touch-ups.    Afterward, he contacted me several times, just to see if I was having any problems.   

A few months later, I had a leak in the kitchen.  Jeremiah came back out, took a hard look, and determined it was probably the upstairs window, not the roof.  But he happily re-worked a couple of areas that we thought 'well, maybe, but not likely' just in case.  No charge.  Turns out it was the window.   Excellent choice for flat roof repair if you're looking for an honest, dedicated guy who is committed to great service. 

He was very knowledgeable and made me feel so much better about repairs.

I plan to use him again when my roof needs coating.

He did an outstanding job by quickly identifying the problem and correcting it. Guarantees his work and went above and beyond. Was very conscientious. Called the next day with an idea to check it out but not charge, just to see if there was another spot that could be a problem. He was here promptly and was even a little ahead on time. Everything was done in less than an hour. Definitely worth recommending.

The company Desert Sun Roofing did a great job. I got a free estimate from the owner of the company. He arrived at the agreed time, which was nice because I have had to wait for other companies that were not punctual. They coated my roof and the repairs were completed in a timely manner. The estimate was spot on. Very professional.
