Packers/movers arrived when scheduled. Everything was well-packed, nothing was damaged in the move. Crew was very friendly; each member introduced him/herself upon arrival.
Final bill came in several hundred dollars less than initial estimate.

The initial load went well. They were careful and didn't damage anything. However, when they delivered the furniture to our new home, several pieces were damaged through carelessness and they damaged our home as well. Door jambs and baseboards, in particular, were damaged (smashed). We were not happy at all with their lack of professionalism and lack of care for our furniture and home. I would never use this company again and would certainly not recommend them to anyone. We even went out of our way to provide them with drinks (Gatorade, water, soda) and be nice and this is the thanks we got. Desert Sun needs to hire some more professional movers. They offered us the chance to fill out a damage report for them to repair the damage, but we just do not want to deal with them anymore and will fix it ourselves. It shouldn't have happened in the first place. In one example, had they simply removed a door, damage to the jambs and couch would not be there.

I am completely happy with the way Danny and Derrick handled the move of our home. They were professional, careful, and friendly. They treated our furniture as if it were their own and I never once was concerned about how they handled our things. They told us a time they would arrive and they were there when they told us they would be and they also called to tell us they were on their way. We have everything in storage at their facility and I am confident that we will receive our household back in one piece. Thanks for a great job!

I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE I WAS CHARGED IS NOT BAD FOR SIX HOURS OF MOVING. THE COMPANY BOXED AND MOVED ALL OF THE HEAVY MATERIALS WHILE WE MOVED THE THINGS WE WANTED TO.
