Sent two men, one spoke little English but seemed experienced, the other in-experienced. The in-experienced employee made several mistakes over the course of the job but we caught most and had them corrected. The evening after the work, we noticed he had deeply grouted in the bright blue painters tape AND the attached plastic placed around the plantation shutters. We attempted to contact the owner several times, no reply. We spent over 2 hours digging out the embedded tape and grout with tweezers and blades, leaving one area for the owner to inspect. When he called the next day, he was indignant and refused to accept responsibility, correct the problem or even view it. He said, "they probably thought that's what you wanted". When asked about other remaining incomplete work, he offered we could have the same man come and attempt the job. I informed the owner that I had spoken to him about this and found out he had never done this work. The owner replied,"I can send whoever I want"
