Extremely poor flooring installation. No quarter round installed where doors meet the floor. gaps between planks. large caps under door corners. Flooring is not level, there is clear surface weave. flooring Bubels up in places so when you step down it moved a quarter inch before it touches the subfloor. Stair treads came unglued. Large stains where something must have etched the surface finish. You wouldn't believe this was new flooring that was installed by a "professional". The company is also incredibly hard to get ahold of. I have been trying to get warranty repairs complete and I get crickets. If all this was not enough, they also installed shower surround tile that is falling off after less than a year. Poor workmanship, worse customer service.
