Superb. He listened to our wants, helped develop a prospective pool of homes, and then guided us through the process. This was our first time buying a home, and Dave was patient and low key, and never pushy. He respected our wants and desires, and was very easy to work with. His true excellence came after the contract, however. We lived far from town, and he kept checking on our house, and was very helpful with all the paperwork, and with all the negotiations with the sellers, he got them to agree to many extra services for us, and it helped us feel great about the sale. He visited the house frequently when we couldn't to make sure that the promised work had been done. He even gave us a box spring and mattress because he knew we wouldn't have a bed the first night we stayed at our new house.
